More Sourdough September News

In conjunction with celebrating Sourdough September we’re pleased to have launched three new sourdough products here at Joe’s Bakery.

The new sourdough is based on a ‘Mild White’ recipe in which the processing produces a lighter texture and milder flavour than our Original Sourdough.

Ingredients are simply wheat flour, water, sea salt.

The new Mild White is available as a large loaf, small tin, and pave.
