Joe’s Original Sourdough

Original ‘Poilane’ style for full sour flavour – made using a very slow 3 stage fermentation process (contains wheat, spelt and barley).


All of our sourdough breads go really well with eggs and preserves – for example crushed avocado with fresh tomato salsa and a poached or fried egg, or butter and a variety of the fantastic Bishopston Preserves (also available for sale in the shop).
