German Bread

Here’s a selection of some of our German breads –

Butterkuchen – a plain enriched sweetened bread that goes well with your hot drink – as it is, with butter, or with your favourite sweet spread or conserve.



Seelen Brotchen – a snacking bread, with a topping of either salt and caraway seeds, or cheese.



Schwabisches Weizenmischbrot – Swabian mixed wheat and rye bread – a well fermented bread.



Konig Ludwig Brot (Maltzbrot) – Spelt and rye bread with strong malt flavours.
