Christmas Products

This week on Facebook and Twitter we have featured the following products –

Our fabulous Mince Pies – all the traditional mince pies are vegan (the puff pastry and crumble topped ones are not unfortunately).

 

Rum Truffles – a rich truffle cake (based on our Christmas Cake) flavoured with dark rum and covered with Belgian dark chocolate and rolled in dark chocolate pailettes!

 

Christmas Bread -a lightly spiced wheat and rye bread with raisins, sour cherries, pistachio nuts, candied orange peel, hazelnuts, cranberries and orange zest.

 

Stem Ginger Florentines – almond croquet with pieces of crystallised stem ginger and a Belgian dark chocolate drizzle.

 

Stollen – this year we have 3 types of Stollen, all of which comply with the German National Standards for Stollen –

  • Authentic German Stollen with a marzipan core made to a traditional recipe and method using top quality spices, marzipan, Italian candied peel, fresh butter, honey, pure lemon oil and California raisins;
  • Spelt Stollen made with wholemeal and white spelt flour and all the other ingredients and spices as the German Stollen;
  • Curd Stollen is made with soft cream cheese and is an authentic German soda bread style recipe containing top quality spices, rum, Italian candied peel, fresh butter and California raisins.
